We have some!
- We look at the use of customers' money as if it were our own. If we think something is a waste of money or would be better done next year, we say so. Integrity pays well in the end.
- We practice what we preach - we take a great pride in 'walking our talk'. There is nothing that we ask other people to do that we will not be striving hard to do ourselves. People see this, and it gives them a model of the behaviour we hope they will be trying to put into practice themselves. It also increases our credibility.
- We tailor our products - we design every job around the needs of the particular group of people we are working with. For example, if we are doing a Team Development job, we design a course or a workshop package specifically for that team, rather than provide an off-the-shelf product.
