For companies that have made extensive use of Wentworth courses, there comes a time when they want to give those employees who have made great strides another chance to make more of their potential, and at the same time have an impact on company culture.  This is when they arrange for an in-house version of Wentworth 2.

Sometimes it mirrors the format of the public course
(2 x 5-day modules) and sometimes it is just a one week version.  The content and structure of the course are adjusted to fit the current needs of the particular organisation, but otherwise the objectives are the same as the public course (and because it's populated by people from one company the impact on the organisation is more immediate).
