• Two trainers give the participants a choice of course leader to relate to.  An obvious statement, but it can be very important as we all have our preferences.  If someone wants to 'open up' and finds it easier with one trainer, they’ve got the choice.
• Two trainers can make more considered decisions.  They have much more information than one working alone, as well as two different minds for the creative process of a highly flexible programme.

This level of personal attention is unusual on management courses, where often the participant/trainer ratio can exceed 25!
