In-house Wentworth 1

It is common for organisations to buy a version of Wentworth 1 to run in-house, tailoring it to their specific needs.  They do this for two main reasons:-

1. They have a significant number of managers to train and don’t want to wait a long time.  (Our limit of 2 people from the same company on our public course would mean that it would take 18 months for 12 people to come through the programme.  With the in-house solution they could be handled as one group in a week).
2. They have a whole group of managers they wish to train, and prefer them to have a shared experience, which picks up on key current issues and needs, and can bring together people from different functions and sites.
