Yes! We prefer to work with a maximum of 15 people.  If a team is bigger than that it usually has a smaller core team within it, which is where we would start.  For 15 or more, we would tend to use a structured facilitation process, which can be very useful but does not have the in-depth impact that our workshop-based events deliver.

Small teams of 5 or less usually means there are less diverse options in the workshop design, and so they become facilitated discussions.
