I joined Wentworth in 1987 after 14 years with Austin Rover, where my career spanned production engineering, forward planning, HR, training and recruitment.  However, when I met Andy at one of his earlier team development courses, I knew straightaway that this was the type of work I wanted to do and begged him to take me on!

I try to encourage people to be their own, true selves and this can involve asking them to confront difficult and often emotional boundaries.  The resulting changes in behaviour and attitude often lead to better relationships, both at work and home.  They can also lead people to taking bigger, braver steps towards realising their lifetime ambitions.

I have a lively sense of fun and humour.  When it comes to people, I am not afraid to go where others fear to tread - the result being that sometimes I say too much!  I'm generally seen as a positive, supportive and encouraging person who is also a great listener.
