I found Wentworth by chance (perhaps it was synchronicity?!). I wasn't looking for a new job or a move to Yorkshire when I came upon them. The next thing I know, I've met the team, attended a course - been blown away by the whole thing, and well......here I am. I love change. If it doesn't come to me, I go out looking for it. Change usually involves facing fears and taking risks as well as great rewards - so I guess I must enjoy the journey. I have the typical 'black' Glaswegian humour; however my good-natured, caring side balances it out. People come to me when they want the honest truth, and they sometimes avoid me for the same reason!! I have always been involved in developing businesses and people, however Wentworth brings something unique, yet powerfully effective, to this arena. For me, the results are the reward - happier, braver, successful people. It's a great job. |
