I joined this amazing team having spent 27 years in the chemical industry, where I worked my way up the corporate ladder, from lab technician to director.  Along that road I encountered Wentworth and its unusual approach to personal development; this had a tremendous impact on my life and career.

I now do this work for two reasons.  Firstly I enjoy, and take great pride in, helping others to tap into their hidden potential, thereby making them and their organisations more effective and profitable.  Secondly, this work continues to challenge me, my
self-understanding and my limits.

The busy and demanding work is balanced by my passion for both playing and making guitars.  I'm clearly a frustrated rock star, but who knows? One day, someone famous will be playing a Bill Quinn axe!!
