I started Wentworth Consultants in 1979 when I was 32.  I've been interested in the 'psychology' of success and fulfilment at work since I was a tea-boy on a building site at 15, and all my later studies took me down that route.  I always wanted my own business, but I never imagined it would be in Consultancy and Training.

I really love the work we do.  It's very fulfilling intellectually and emotionally.  The consultancy work provides continual challenge - especially working with CEOs on organisation-wide change.  The training workshops are so rewarding because they can change people's lives in quite dramatic ways, and they really do have an impact on company performance.

I'm passionate and creative, I have a zany humour and I have strong views on almost everything.  I love music and the outdoors, especially mountains - they feed my spirit.
